Sales Development Representative

Source and qualify leads for the AI voice platform, working with realtors, brokers and agency partners. You will be introducing something most agents have not tried, so this is a consultative sell rather than a script.

• Remote, US-based preferred
• CRM and sales-tech experience a plus
• Commission plus bonus structure

Marketing Automation Specialist

Launch, track and optimise campaigns using GoHighLevel, Twilio and related platforms, and build the scalable systems behind client success across several verticals.

• Experience with GoHighLevel or a comparable CRM
• Strong copywriting and funnel-building skills
• Part-time or contract-to-hire

AI Product Tester / Client Success Intern

Test voice flows, chatbot logic and appointment triggers, and help the product and support teams find the edges before clients do. A good fit if you are curious about AI, automation and user experience.

Graphic Designer, digital and brand

Produce branded visuals, funnel graphics, ad mockups and presentation materials, working alongside the marketing and automation teams.

• Proficient in Adobe Suite or Canva Pro
• Experience across branding, social media and digital design
• Portfolio required

What it is like here

Small team, direct access to the founders, and very little between having an idea and shipping it. The flip side is that there is no large support structure behind you — people who do well here are comfortable owning something end to end and asking when they are stuck.

Do I need real estate experience?

It helps for the SDR role and it is not required for the others. Understanding how agents work is something we can teach; caring about whether the thing actually works is harder to teach.

Are these roles remote?

Yes, all of them are remote-friendly. US-based is preferred for the SDR role.

Are any of these full-time?

The SDR role is the closest to full-time. The marketing specialist is part-time or contract-to-hire, and the tester role is part-time.
