AI IntelliCall Solutions exists because both of its founders spent years watching the same thing happen: good leads going cold for no better reason than nobody was free to pick up the phone. The company was built by Scott Lehr and Luis Gonzalez, South Florida real estate professionals, and it is run out of Miami Lakes. The product is what we wanted for our own businesses first.

What we actually do

We put an AI voice layer in front of a real estate business so that the first thirty seconds of every lead conversation happen, competently, at any hour. That covers both directions: inbound answering around the clock and outbound campaigns against lists you already own. Around it sits the rest of the follow-up layer — appointment scheduling, missed-call text-back, SMS sequences, and CRM integration with GoHighLevel, Follow Up Boss, IDX Broker and Twilio.

What we do not do

It is worth being explicit, because plenty of vendors are not. We are not a data provider — we do not sell contact lists and we do not perform skip tracing; you bring the list from whatever source you already use. We do not generate home valuations; the quiz captures the seller and gets you on the phone, and the number comes from you or your existing CMA tool. And we do not write your scripts, disclosures or consent language: outbound calling and texting carry real obligations, and those decisions belong with you and your broker or counsel. We build and operate what you approve.

Who we work with

Solo agents through to brokerages. The shape of the deployment changes — an individual agent wants their phone covered, a team wants routing and accountability, a brokerage wants uniform response and oversight across offices — but the underlying machinery is the same. We also work with investors, commercial brokers, and lenders and title companies.

Where we work

We are based in South Florida and most of our clients are here: Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Coral Springs, Weston, Boca Raton, Palm Beach and Hollywood. The platform itself is not geographically limited, but the market knowledge built into our scripts is strongest here — the condo association questions, the milestone inspection triggers, the language mix.
